Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Chairman of the National Assembly, met today, Thursday, with Major General Fadhl Ba’esh, Commander of the Special Security Forces, and Colonel Ali Saeed Al Omaisy, Head of Joint Operations in Abyan Governorate.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance the security situation and joint coordination between the military operations service, the security services, and military units to maintain the pillars of security and stability in Abyan governorate.
The meeting, too, touched on the security situation in the governorate and the need to eliminate all negative and alien phenomena that would provoke imbalances and threaten security and social peace, which occur every now and then.
